Spreading hope and joy in memory of a son and mother

The holidays can be a difficult time for many people who are missing their loved ones.
Carol Toebes knows that feeling all too well.
She buried her 49-year-old son who died of a heart attack in 2014 and then her mother in January.
But instead of feeling sad, Toebes decided to do something positive in memory of her son and mother.
