Small aircraft makes emergency landing on Highway 11

It was an usual scene on Sept. 18 when a small aircraft landed on Highway 11.Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a traffic complaint on the highway near Perry Township after reports of an aircraft landing on the roadway.Officers, along with emergency services responded to the scene.OPP stated upon arrival it was determined a small aircraft had experienced mechanical failure and conducted an emergency landing.There were no injuries.The highway was closed briefly to sa
