Ryan Neil to be held at high-security mental health centre

A North Bay man found not criminally responsible in the death of Shannon Kochie will be detained at the Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care in Penetanguishene.
Ryan Neil, 42, also was found not criminally responsible on account of mental disorder Oct. 15 on charges of uttering a threat to cause death or bodily harm and arson with reckless disregard for human life.
