RYAM unsure when economic shutdown will end in Temiscaming

The duration of the economic shutdown at the RYAM (Rayonier Advanced Materials) plant in Temiscaming remains unknown, according to the company.Spokesman said Alexandre Boucher told The Nugget in an email Thursday the shutdown will affect all site operations, with the exception of the wastewater treatment plant and Boiler No. 4, which will continue to operate.He said the duration of this shutdown remains undetermined.
