Quake sways buildings in Mexico City; some evacuations

MEXICO CITY — A magnitude 5.4 earthquake in southern Mexico caused tall buildings to sway in the Mexican capital Monday, prompting hundreds of office workers to briefly evacuate along a central avenue.
