School boards and police are encouraging people to educate their children and youth about online safety as a disturbing “challenge” creeps its way around Ontario.
The Momo Challenge features a ghastly creature with the distorted face of a woman with straight black hair, bulging eyes, sunken cheeks and a wide smile.
