Police ask for help recovering stolen keepsakes

The North Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in helping a victim of a theft recover stolen items of sentimental value.
Police say a black ‘Outback’ suitcase was stolen from a Duke Street residence Feb. 27 in which there was a glass bottle containing ashes of the victim’s recently deceased father along with a silver medallion stamped with “your wings were ready but my heart was not 01/07/2019.” The glass bottle is approximately three inche
