Physician recruitment effort must continue – Cowan

The physician “crisis” in North Bay is not over, but the picture is an awful lot better than it was in 2015.
“We have to keep recruiting,” Dr. Ian Cowan told members of North Bay council Tuesday.
Cowan noted that 25 physicians working in the city are expected to retire over the next decade, affecting more than 35,000 patients.
