Pembina going ahead with polypropylene plant joint venture with Kuwaiti firm

CALGARY — Pembina Pipeline Corp. says it is going ahead with its joint venture with Kuwait's Petrochemical Industries Co. to build an integrated propane dehydrogenation plant and polypropylene upgrading facility in Alberta.
