Pedestrian faces drug charges

A pedestrian who was acting suspicious in Coleman Township near Cobalt faces drug charges after Ontario Provincial Police in Temiskaming Shores stopped the man Saturday.
Police said the pedestrian was acting suspicious when observed by officers on Highway 11B shortly before 1 p.m.
Guy Aumont, 44, of Cobalt, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of an opioid other than heroin and fail to comply with a probation order.
Police seized suspected methamphetamine pills and opioids.
