Pablo Rodriguez leaves cabinet, Liberal caucus to run for Quebec Liberal leadership

GATINEAU, Que. — Pablo Rodriguez has resigned as Canada's transport minister and the government's Quebec lieutenant so he can run for leadership of the provincial Liberal party.
