NTSB: Pilot error caused crash that killed Troy Gentry

MEDFORD, N.J. — Federal investigators say pilot error following engine maintenance problems caused the helicopter crash last year that killed Montgomery Gentry singer Troy Gentry and the pilot in New Jersey.
