North Bay police will not block ridesharing – Devine

North Bay’s taxi bylaw hasn’t kept pace with technology, Police Chief Shawn Devine admits.
“The bylaw is dated,” Devine said following Tuesday’s monthly police board meeting, where ridesharing dominated the discussion.
The North Bay Police Services Board plans to host a public forum concerning proposed changes to the taxi bylaw. A date has yet to be set.
