North Bay man identified as crash victim

A 30-year-old North Bay man has been identified as the victim in a fatal a crash involving a tractor-trailer and cube van Tuesday on Highway 11 north of Englehart.Ontario Provincial Police say Kevin Chenier died in the collision, which occurred shortly before 5 p.m. Police say the investigation is complete and no charges will be laid.
OPP officers from the Kirkland Lake and Temiskaming detachments, EMS and fire responded.
