North Bay man charged in bear spray altercation

A 21-year-old North Bay man faces charges after allegedly using bear spray on three individuals.The North Bay Police Service made the arrest following an altercation on Aug. 26 around 10 p.m. that escalated in two people receiving medical treatment and one being transported to hospital. The verbal altercation took place near Fraser Street and Second Avenue when the accused allegedly sprayed bear spray at three victims. All parties were known to one another.
