Man arrested after throwing beer bottle at woman

A 51-year-old North Bay man is facing charges after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute Saturday in the Thibeault Terrace area.
Police say an argument turned violent when a man threw a bottle at his female companion. The man is charged with assault with a weapon; public mischief; and breach a recognizance.
Police say the man initially alleged that he was assaulted by the woman, but officers determined that was not the case. The victim’s suffered a non-life threatening injury
