Library services face massive cut
The agency that supports development of libraries in Northern Ontario is evaluating the effect of a 50 per cent cut in funding from the provincial government.
Mellissa D’Onofrio-Jones, CEO of Ontario Library Services – North, said Thursday6 the agency is “reviewing our services . . . and the unique needs” of the approximately 128 libraries it serves.
