Will the third time be the charm for the many supporter of Jess Larochelle?A group of them — 105 strong — hopped on their motorcycles on Saturday for the third annual Ride for Jess in the ongoing movement to get the Afghanistan war heroawarded with the Victoria Cross. They rode as one from the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 445, in Callander to Branch 639, in Restoule during the afternoon.“This is for Jess, not for us,” said event organizer and Afghanistan veteran Mike Ha
