Home sales sluggish in North Bay region

Home sales continue to be sluggish in the North Bay region, but prices bucked the national downward trend in March.
Residential sales activity recorded through the MLS system for the North Bay region numbered 90 units in March, down three sales from March 2018, the North Bay Real Estate Association reports.
On a year-to-date basis, home sales totalled 219 units over the first three months of the year, edging up four sales from the same period in 2018.
