Flood warning in effect in North Bay area

The North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority has issued a flood warning for the area.
“The heavy precipitation over the last 24 hours and in the forecast, together with water from the melting snowpack, has resulted in increased water levels and flows of creeks and streams throughout the watershed,” the agency said in a news release Thursday.
