Driver charged in crash that killed North Bay woman

An 18-year-old Sudbury woman has been charged in the Dec. 16 crash that killed a North Bay woman.
Ontario Provincial Police from the Sudbury detachment said Christine Kettle, the driver and sole occupant of her vehicle, has been charged with careless driving causing death.
The two-vehicle crash on Highway 17 in Markstay-Warren resulted in the death of 53-year-old Carole Mantha, the sole occupant of the second vehicle.
Kettle is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury Feb. 11.
