Driver charged after sleeping on Lake Nipissing

Responding to a complaint of a vehicle stuck on Lake Nipissing in Nipissing Township Sunday morning, OPP officers found the driver asleep at the wheel and the vehicle in reverse with its engine running.
Roadside tests were conducted, and, consequently, the driver was arrested for impaired driving.
More tests were completed at the North Bay OPP detachment and, as a result of the police investigation, Paul Joseph Chalupka, 43, of Stoney Creek, Ont., was charged with operation while impaired &ndash
