Dominican police arrest 'mastermind' in David Ortiz shooting

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic — Authorities in the Dominican Republic announced Friday that they have arrested the man behind the shooting of baseball great David Ortiz in an apparent case of mistaken identity.
