Devils goalie Cory Schneider goes on injured reserve

NEWARK, N.J. — The New Jersey Devils have placed goaltender Cory Schneider on injured reserve with an abdominal strain. The Devils announced the injury Monday and recalled goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood from Binghamton (AHL).
