Charges laid in domestic disputes

OPP officers from the North Bay detachment responded to a 911 call in East Ferris Township at approximately 8:49 a.m. Friday.
Officers attended a residence and began investigating a domestic dispute. As a result, a 47-year-old man from East Ferris Township was charged with two counts of assault.
The accused was released on a promise to appear and officer in charge undertaking with conditions. He has a date to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on Jan. 8.
