CFL, CFLPA have started discussing monetary items in collective bargaining

TORONTO — The CFL and its players have started talking turkey on monetary items. The league and CFL Players' Association concluded two days of talks Tuesday. Those meetings were the first face-to-face gatherings for the CFL and CFLPA since April 9.
