Canadian safety board says unregistered submersibles still diving after Titan deaths

ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Since the doomed Titan made its descent to view the Titanic wreck one year ago, other unregistered submersibles have been operating within Canadian waters, says the Transportation Safety Board of Canada.
