Area under flash freeze warning

Environment Canada has issued a flash freeze warning for North Bay, Powassan, Mattawa, West Nipissing and French River.
“Persons in or near this area should be on the lookout for adverse weather conditions and take necessary safety precautions.”
 Rain will change to periods of snow and local blowing snow early this evening and ending after midnight.
Snowfall amounts between two and four centimetres.
Saturday’s forecast is -14C and sunny.
