The North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 23-year-old driver with stunt driving following a traffic stop in North Bay.On Sunday, September 13, at approximately 11:00 p.m., a member of the North Bay OPP was conducting traffic enforcement on the Highway 11/17 bypass when they observed a vehicle perform a burnout while turning onto Cassells Road.
