Anadarko opens Occidental buyout talks; Chevron in the wings

NEW YORK — Anadarko, which had snubbed Occidental's buyout offer in favour of Chevron, is now resurrecting talks with its original suitor. The move sets up a bidding war for Anadarko Petroleum Corp.
