Affordable housing units coming to downtown North Bay

The former home of the North Bay and District Multicultural Centre is being redeveloped into 20 new affordable housing units.The District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board and the City of North Bay announced the new housing project at 100 Main Street East Monday.The development is being delivered by Terrace Management Inc. in partnership with the City of North Bay and DNSSAB.“This project shows how the city is helping deliver new units and much-needed affordable housing ac
