Accused North Bay killer back in Sudbury court

The North Bay man accused of killing Renee Sweeney in January 1998 made a brief appearance in video bail remand court at the Sudbury Courthouse this week.
Robert Steven Wright, 38, had a return video bail remand date of March 14 set on a possession of child pornography charge laid Feb. 15.
Wright remains in jail, waiting for Superior Court Justice Edward Gareau’s decision following a three-day bail hearing last week. Gareau will release his decision March 27.
