23-year-old faces cocaine trafficking charge

A 23-year-old North Bay man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop in the downtown Sunday shortly before 9 a.m.
The stop, which was conducted as part of a drug investigation, resulted in charges against Marcos Clennon of possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime.
A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of 14 grams of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of $2,100. Police also seized $195 in Canadian currency.
