Moncton man who stabbed constable in head gets 4½-year prison sentence

Edva Mascary was sentenced Thursday to 4½ years in prison for stabbing a police officer in the head three times and assaulting another officer last August. Credit for time he's already served since the crimes means he has three years left to serve.
