Hearing into power-rate increase postponed because of issue with board member

A hearing that was to begin Monday into N.B. Power's request for back-to-back rate increases totalling 19.4 per cent over two years has been abruptly cancelled because of an unspecified issue with a member of the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board.
