Fredericton's new mayor promises 'accountability' on drug crime

In his first address as the city's leader on Monday, Fredericton Mayor Steve Hicks echoed his campaign commitment to improve public safety, and added that compassion shouldn't come at the expense of accountability on the issue of drug crime.
