Frederictonian skaters don Scottish kilts despite freezing temperatures

Organized by the Fredericton Society of Saint Andrew, the event marked Robert Burns Day, an annual celebration that falls on Jan. 25 to commemorate the life and legacy of Scotland's national poet.
