Wind could increase fire behaviour at Bald Range blaze close to Summerland

The Bald Range wildfire continues to burn, 11 days since it was discovered.
The blaze, which stands at 21,391 hectares as of Tuesday morning (Aug. 18), continues to experience the most fire activity on the northwestern flank.
In its update on Monday night, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) and the District of Summerland confirmed that 150 structures have been destroyed or damaged by the blaze.
