Victim Services gives psychological first aid to Ladysmith community

On the worst days of people’s lives, she’s often the first call. For seven years, Catherine O’Donovan, the Ladysmith Victim Services manager has been the steady presence behind a program she has totally committed herself too and has essentially run alone, stretching every hour and every dollar to ensure victims never had to face the system by themselves.
