Two teenagers struck by vehicle in Nanaimo

Two teenagers, 16 and 13, were taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle last Sunday.
Just before 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 28 at the intersection of Bay Street and Hammond Bay Road in Nanaimo.
R/Const. Gary O’Brien, from the Nanaimo RCMP detachment, said the driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and cooperated with police officers.
