Single-vehicle crash snarls Pat Bay Highway traffic

Drivers can expect delays on the Pat Bay Highway on Wednesday (Oct. 7) after a morning crash southbound.
Emergency services were on scene around 9 a.m. after a driver managed to straddle a concrete barrier in a single-vehicle incident on Highway 17.
