It is with great sadness and much love hat we announce the passing of Shirley Margaret Mitchell (nee Bickerton) who passed away peacefully on June 14, 2026, in Nanaimo, BC, at the age of 82.
Shirley was predeceased by her beloved husband, Hugh “Buzz” Michael Mitchell, with whom she shared many wonderful years. She later found companionship and happiness with her loving life partner, Brian Jackson, who remained an important part of her life for many years.
