Born and raised amidst the coastal beauty of Nanaimo BC, to Joseph Ernest “Ernie” and Norma Kathleen, Rhonda was the eldest of three, bringing natural warmth and poise to her role as cherished big sister to Donna and Gerry. Rhonda lived a life defined by deep devotion. She walked hand in hand with hu
