Mexican Navy tall ship arrives in Victoria for training cruise

The Mexican Navy’s three-masted training ship ARM Cuauhtémoc arrived in Victoria Saturday, bringing 281 crew members and cadets to the capital region as part of an international training cruise.
The 295-foot vessel docked at the Canadian Coast Guard base after travelling from Seward, Alaska. It will remain in Victoria until Sept. 15 before continuing to San Francisco.
