Man stabbed along Highway 101 near Lund

Powell River RCMP are investigating a stabbing incident along Highway 101, near Lund.The victim, a 45-year-old man, is expected to survive despite suffering multiple stab wounds, police said in a news release Tuesday (Sept. 1).
The RCMP said they were contacted on Aug. 30 after the man was admitted to the hospital.
“Initial evidence gathered suggested the victim was walking along Highway 101 at around 4 a.m. when he was allegedly attacked by a group of unknown suspects.”
Police are a
