Golf rivalry returns to Langford for Indigenous Challenge Cup

A cross-country golf battle is returning to Bear Mountain.
The 2026 Indigenous Challenge Cup runs from Sept. 22 to 24, pitting eight of British Columbia’s top Indigenous golfers against a squad of Ontario’s best.
The match play showdown features four men and four women on each side.
In the first three editions, the home team has won all three occasions. B.C. captured the first two events at Bear Mountain in 2023 and 2024, before Ontario snagged the 2025 title at Taboo Muskoka.
