Gerry (Pleasance) Crown

1936 – 2026
Born in 1936 on her grandmother’s kitchen table, Gerry was the cherished only child of Bill and Susanna Pleasance. She passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, in her 89th year, surrounded by her five children and son-in-law Steve.
A proud 1957 graduate of the Calgary General Hospital nursing program, Gerry dedicated her professional life to others as a Registered Nurse (retiring from Victoria General in 1992). As a hardworking young mother, Gerry was a force of nature. S
