Best of the City voting has started

The final voting round for the Nanaimo News Bulletin’s Best of the City Awards 2026 has begun.
The voting round ends on Aug. 9 and the finalist with the most votes in each category in the newspaper’s long-running annual community survey will be crowned Best of the City.
Nominations in each category took place from June 13 to July 5, and the top nominees in each category have now advanced to the final voting round.
The winners will be officially published on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
