Barbara Bulcock

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of Barbara Bulcock on July 20, 2026.
She is survived by her loving sister, Lily Thorsen and cousins in South Africa and Australia.
After emigrating from South Africa, Barbara lived and worked in Washington, DC. She then came to Toronto, Canada and attended the University of Toronto where she obtained her BA (Art History) and her ESL teaching certificate.
