Bans lifted on off-road vehicles in select B.C. fire centres

Off-road vehicle prohibitions will be rescinded on Crown land in select B.C. fire centres Friday at 12 p.m. Pacific time, Aug. 28.
The BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) says restrictions on all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), motorcycles, and off-road side-by-side vehicles will be lifted throughout the Kamloops Fire Centre, 100 Mile House Forest District, and Southeast Fire Centre.
Partial prohibitions will also be rescinded in the Coastal Fire Centre.
